Equity Pricing

A price that is easily affordable to one person is a barrier to participation for another for reasons that have nothing at all to do with morality, determination, or skill.

I offer tiered pricing to make my work accessible to the types of folks who’ve inspired me to do it in the first place. Read below for guidance on how to choose a tier and why I use this system.

We’ll discuss any questions during our Vibe Check Call.

When choosing a tier, you might consider: What value might you gain from your experience? What value do you place on the non-material? Can you trust that an intangible gift to yourself will have value long after the program ends?

Payment plans available.

More guidance on choosing a Tier

Identify which of the statements below best reflects your financial reality.

  • I can pay for this with relative ease. I have freedom when it comes to choosing how I spend money. It does not jeopardize my ability to meet my basic needs nor significantly limit my activities and purchases. In addition to my annual income, I have other safety nets, family support, assets, or funds.

  • I am financially secure enough to pay this amount. This expense does not jeopardize my ability to meet my basic needs; still, I may have to make sacrifices (e.g. concerts, eating out, buying new things. etc.) for a short time to balance the costs.

  • It is really important for me to attend and I’m committed to the work, yet it would hurt to pay more than this amount. I will have to account for it, but I can afford it.

  • (when funds are available)

It is really important for me to attend and I’m committed to the work, but I may have to decide between attending the program and meeting my basic needs (e.g. rent, food, etc.)

Why Tiered pricing?

  • This practice is rooted in radical generosity and trust that there is enough for us all.

  • The very existence of this business is rooted in my decision to take bold actions in alignment with radical values. I want those values to show up in who I work with, how I do that work, and how I charge for it.

  • I am a Black, neurodivergent, chronically ill, woman, who has lived in poverty for most of my life. I intend to make coaching available to anyone who feels called to it and do that work in a way that is sustainable for me.

  • I’m working toward financial freedom for myself, and am serious about financial accessibility for people like me. This is one way that I participate in the creation of the world I want to live in.
