Our mindfulness training session will help you construct your own mindfulness practice that best serves you - so that you can find inner peace and overall wellbeing. I will also provide ongoing support with my weekly check-ins, to ensure lasting transformation.

  • We’ll start with a Needs Assessment to explore your needs, goals, any practices you’ve tried or would like to try.

  • Then we’ll come together for a 75 minute mindfulness training session that may include: 

    • Mindfulness Talk to explore key concepts and approaches

    • Laser Coaching to hone in on one key priority for your practice

    • Guided Mindfulness Exercise tailored to your unique state of mind

    • Q+A with time to reflect on applying what you’ve learned to your daily life.

  • In addition, you’ll have access to the following Tools and Resources

    • A library of mindfulness tips, tools and techniques.

    • Discounted Practice Sessions scheduled at your convenience, one per week for 15-20 mins

    • Guided Practice Recordings specific to your needs (may include meditation, breathwork, visualization, etc.) 

    • Real time 1:1 support via text, audio, video to ask questions, share insights, and respond to journal prompts.
