Finding Your Way Thru

This isn't about molding yourself to fit traditional leadership models or learning to play politics. Our work together creates space for you to develop your authentic leadership presence - one that honors both your values and your natural strengths.

How Our Partnership Works

Over six months, we'll meet virtually three times each month for focused 50-minute sessions, with one week off for integration and reflection. This rhythm allows us to build momentum while giving you space to process and experiment with new approaches.

You'll also have access to:

  • 3 - 50 minute sessions per month (18 sessions total)

  • Ongoing support in private messaging center for tracking goals, sharing resources and exploring insights

  • Unlimited email support between sessions

  • Customized tools and frameworks based on your specific needs

  • A confidential space to explore your ideas, questions and concerns
