We’ll start with a Needs Assessment. I’ll provide you with an intake form that’ll support you in outlining your needs, goals, any practices you’ve tried or would like to try, etc.
Then we’ll have two 60 minute mindfulness training sessions that’ll consist of:
Mindfulness Talk/Discussion to explore key concepts and approaches
Laser Coaching to hone in on a key need
Mindfulness Exercise
Reflection on the Exercise
Q+A
In between those two sessions, you’ll be supported by the following resources:
Guided Practice Recordings specific to your needs (may include meditation, breathwork, visualization, etc.)
Four Practice Sessions scheduled at your convenience, one per week for 15-20 mins
One email each week with Journal/Thought prompts, worksheets, and videos specific to your practice.
Unlimited access via text, audio, video for questions, responses to thought prompts. Receive a response within 24 hours.
